Just take the meals out of the freezer, peel the label and scan the barcode - your food will be ready in minutes. Ovens are extremely robust commercial equipment. The only maintenance required is regular cleaning, including occasional cleaning of the metal filter which takes a few minutes to do. Video instructions on this are provided to customers.
