Programme terms

  • You receive £100 for each site of the business you refer that goes live with a Nova Chef Scan-to-Cook Station. A site is live when its station is installed and its first food order has been delivered.
  • Rewards are sent within 30 days of a site going live, as an Amazon.co.uk voucher to your email or as a donation in your name to the UK registered charity you choose.
  • Your venue receives £300 of food credit once per referral, applied to its next Nova Chef order after the first referred site goes live.
  • The business must be new to Nova Chef: not an existing customer and not already in discussion with us. If more than one person refers the same business, the first introduction counts.
  • An introduction stays valid for six months from the day you send it.
  • If you choose the voucher, you confirm that your employer allows you to accept it. If you are not sure, choose the charity option.
  • We use your details only to run this programme and to send your reward, and we contact the business you name about Nova Chef. We do not pass either set of details to anyone else.
  • Nova Chef may change or end the programme at any time. Introductions already made keep the terms that applied when they were sent.
