In short

The Generation 2 kit is equipment with no settings to press. Staff scan the barcode on a chef-made Nova Chef meal and the station programs the combi oven, air fryer or microwave and runs the right setting. Restaurant-quality food, served without a chef in the building. Anyone on shift serves the full menu. Meals from £3 a portion. The full system with a combi oven is £1,940 ex VAT plus £295 installation; smaller kits start at £1,365, or hire from £208 a month. Patent pending.

A chef-led menu. None of the chef.

The station runs the appliances. Your team runs the shift.

The barcode runs the cook

The barcode runs the cook

Scan the pack and the barcode does the rest: the screen names the dish, says which appliance to load, sets the programme and counts down. Nothing to remember, nothing to set.

Microwave, air fryer and combi oven

Microwave, air fryer and combi oven

Featherblade beef from the combi oven. Chips, crispy chicken, arancini and the gourmet beef burger from the air fryer. All alongside the mains you already serve. The station programs the combi oven, air fryer or microwave and runs the right setting, so a burger never goes in the microwave.

The Nova Chef Scan-to-Cook Station with two microwaves, an air fryer and a combi oven

Scan. Load. Serve.

Every Nova Chef meal leaves our kitchen with a barcode on the label. The station reads it and knows exactly how that dish is finished.

SCAN

SCAN

Hold the pack to the scanner. The screen names the dish and the appliance.

LOAD

LOAD

Microwave, air fryer or combi oven. The programme is already set. Press start.

SERVE

SERVE

The screen counts down and tells you when it is ready. Plate and serve.

The microwaves, air fryers and combi oven are standard units; the station simply tells them what the dish needs.

Whoever is on shift

Day one

Day one

A new starter serves the full menu on their first shift. There is no setting to learn and no timing to remember.

Every time

Every time

The same dish comes out the same way at 7 pm on a Saturday as it did at 11 am on a Tuesday, whoever is behind the counter.

Seen from anywhere

Seen from anywhere

Every cook is on your dashboard the moment it starts. Managers see the shift without being in the kitchen.

Live dashboard

Every kitchen. Live. On one screen.

The station reports everything it does. Your dashboard turns that into control of every site, from anywhere.

  • Live view. What every appliance is doing right now, on every site.
  • Full history. Every cook logged: what was served, when, on which appliance, how long.
  • Live inventory. Stock per product, per site, built from what was delivered minus what was cooked. No counting.
  • Reorder reminders. A prompt when a product is about to run out, based on what that site actually serves.

Included for twelve months with every kit. Multi-site views for groups.

Your station, as it appears in your Nova Chef account

The crispy side of the menu is on

Chef-made centrally, finished on your worktop. The station programs the combi oven, air fryer or microwave and runs the right setting, so a burger never goes in the microwave.

Nova Chef gourmet beef burger with chips, finished in the air fryer
Gourmet beef burger and chipsA thick beef patty with melted cheese and caramelised onion in a brioche bun, chips from the same basket programme. The dish a bar menu always wanted and a microwave could never do.
Nova Chef Korean-style crispy chicken strips with gochujang glaze, finished in the air fryer
Korean crispy chickenStrips, nuggets and the crispy chicken burger, straight from the basket. Air-fryer programmes arrive as updates, so the station knows a new dish before your team does.
Nova Chef spinach and mozzarella arancini, finished in the air fryer
AranciniSpinach and mozzarella arancini on tomato sauce, crisp from the air fryer that does the burger. A starter that used to need a fryer and a chef, now the same scan as everything else.

Premium proteins, sous-vide

Slow-cooked centrally for hours, finished on the station in minutes. The mains that used to need a chef on the pass, served by whoever is on shift.

Nova Chef sous-vide featherblade beef with creamy mash and red wine jus
Featherblade beef with creamy mashA 200g featherblade, cooked sous-vide until tender and finished in the combi oven with a seared crust, over creamy mash with a red wine jus. Pink in the middle every time, without a chef watching the pan.

Braised lamb shankSlow-braised with rosemary and garlic until it falls from the bone, with a rich red wine jus and roast potatoes. The dish on every festive menu, from a station and a microwave.

QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK

Q1. What does it cost?

Two parts. The meals are priced per portion and sold in cases of 12; most mains come to £3 to £5 a portion. The station: the full system, two microwaves, an air fryer and a combi oven, is £1,940 ex VAT plus £295 installation. Smaller kits start at £1,365, or hire from £208 a month plus £295 for installation and staff training. Every kit comes with twelve months of updates, dashboard and support; after that the platform is £15 per station per month. Orders placed by 14 November get £300 of food on us.

Q2. Do staff need training?

No. The screen says which appliance to load and sets the programme; they press start and serve when it signals. We show the team on installation day and that is the whole course.

Q3. What is in the kit?

The station (touchscreen, barcode scanner and controller), the microwaves, air fryers and combi oven in the kit you choose, installation and commissioning, a twelve-month warranty on every item, and a year of programme updates, live dashboard and remote support.

Q4. Should we hire or buy?

Buy if you want the kit on your books at a single-site price. Hire if you want to spread the cost, with only the £295 installation and staff training upfront, and the flexibility to stop on 30 days' notice after three months. You can switch from hire to buy at any time and half of what you have paid comes off the price. On purchase the appliances are yours, and so is their replacement in time; on hire, replacement is included.

Q5. What happens if the internet drops?

Service carries on. The station talks to the appliances locally, so scanning and cooking do not depend on the connection. The dashboard catches up when it returns.

Q6. Can we add appliances later?

Yes. One station runs up to eight appliances; a microwave counts as one and an air fryer as two. Start with what your busiest half hour needs and add as you grow. Bigger kitchens add a second station.

See it run in your kitchen. We bring a station, you bring the shift.
