Members train here, then eat somewhere else.A shake and a protein bar isn't a café.
Your members finish a session hungry and with time to spare. If the café only has shakes, bars and a fridge of wraps, that spend goes to the coffee shop down the road. A kitchen and a chef don't pay their way in a gym. Chef-made food your desk team can finish does: real meals, cooked to order, and nothing wasted when the floor is quiet.
Independent and boutique gyms
A hot food offer that makes the café part of the membership, run by the team already on the desk.
Health clubs and spas
Lighter bowls, salmon and vegan dishes for members who stay for the pool, the spa and lunch.
Strength and performance gyms
Big bowls of chicken, beef and rice after heavy sessions, and breakfast rolls for the 6am class.
Gyms inside leisure, tennis and padel venues
One food offer for the whole building. See leisure centre catering.

- MiddayLunch breakPower bowls, miso salmon and the vegan Plant Smash Bowl for lunchtime members and staff.
- 5–9pmEvening peakBeef and chicken bowls after a session, so members eat before they leave instead of on the way home.
The station does the cooking.Your desk team does the serving.
Staff scan the barcode on the pack, and the Scan-to-Cook Station programs the combi oven, air fryer or microwave and runs the right setting. It fits on a counter, needs no extraction, and anyone on shift can run it after one training session.
- No settings to learn: the pack tells the station what to do
- The same result on a quiet Tuesday as on a packed Saturday
- Cooked to order, so nothing sits under a heat lamp or goes in the bin

Already running in sports venues. From no food at all to an all-day menu in two weeks.
PadelHub, a sports and fitness venue, had no food outlet. We built a breakfast menu, protein-focused bowls for players and evening comfort food, set up the equipment and trained the existing team. Members now get food from morning to evening, run entirely by the club's own staff.

Questions gym operators ask Nova Chef
Do we need a kitchen to serve hot food?
No. Our chefs cook everything in our London kitchen and it arrives frozen. On site you need counter space, power sockets and room for a freezer. No extraction, no gas and no kitchen fit-out.
Who prepares the food?
Your front-desk or café team. They scan the barcode on the pack and the station programs the combi oven, air fryer or microwave and runs the right setting. One training session is enough.
How big are the portions?
Power bowls are 450–500g: a proper meal after a session, not a snack.
Do you have vegan and lighter options?
Yes. The Plant Smash Bowl is vegan, and lighter dishes such as miso salmon with fine beans and edamame sit alongside the chicken and beef bowls.
How long does a hot meal take?
3–10 minutes to cook from frozen for individual portions. Catering packs for groups take 20–40 minutes in a combi oven.
What about allergens and halal?
Allergen information comes with every dish. Chicken, beef and lamb come from a certified halal supplier, and the few pork dishes are clearly labelled. There are vegetarian and vegan dishes too.
What is the minimum order, and is there a contract?
Orders start from £500 per delivery, and we confirm your free-delivery threshold when you enquire. There is no long-term contract and no monthly minimum: it runs month to month.
Where do you deliver, and how fast?
Anywhere in mainland UK, usually within 3–5 working days. The food travels frozen and keeps for 12 months in your freezer, so you order when you need to, not every few days.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. Book a free tasting and we'll come to your venue, cook a selection on site and let your team taste it. No commitment.
